David Behringer is the owner and founder of Behr Geo Environmental LLC.  Mr. Behringer received his BS in Geology from Slippery Rock University and his MS in Geology from Kent State University.    He is an Ohio EPA VAP Certified Professional, is a licensed professional geologist in Pennsylvania and Illinois, and is licensed to perform asbestos surveys in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
